I was first blessed with the experience of going to a performing arts elementary school where I was exposed to dance, music, and theater.

Immediately I gravitated towards dance the strongest because I felt the most free, the most me, and the most connected not only with community but especially with our Universe.

I continued to dance through elementary, middle, and high school as part of my academic curriculum and even after school at a dance studio. With no hesitation I declared Dance as my major for higher education.

Back then I didn’t fully understand the deep healing and resilience that I was cultivating all those years,

But one thing I ultimately knew was that I was MEANT to dance, to move, to feel, to express in such a creative and remedial way.

In the two years of being at community college I started to feel disconnected. Dance wasn’t fulfilling like it had been for most of my childhood. I started to lose interest and began to question if it was time to switch majors or not.

When the San Diego State University acceptance letter came in the mail I decided to transfer first and then figure out what the hell I was gonna do after I settled in.

So I gave dance one more semester of a chance and ended up walking into an educational experience I had no idea existed.

I began studying post-modern/contemporary styles of dance as well as various somatic methodologies that deeply sensitized me from the inside out.

There was a huge shift from focusing on the cool tricks and advanced technique to having more depth of PRESENCE and mindfulness as a dancer.

Over time it seamlessly transferred into my everyday life and I fell madly in love with being consciously embodied on and off the dance floor.

What I thought was gonna be a fun birthday trip in Egypt ended up being a sacred global celebration, that was marked even by the ancients, to commemorate Dec. 21st, 2012, the dawning of a new era.

After going to my first transformational 3-day festival, exploring the Great Pyramids of Egypt, and experiencing a healing ceremony inside the King’s Chamber I became initiated into a whole new timeline.

Soon after getting home I packed my bags to study abroad for a semester in Melbourne, Australia. I visited New Zealand for a couple weeks before traveling up Australia's east coast for a month.

Within that experience of living abroad for 7 months in different countries across seas, I was a completely different version of myself by the time I got back to my hometown.

My identity had shifted, beliefs broadened, values redefined, and even traumatic responses brought to my awareness for me to begin healing.

Once I set my roots back down in San Diego, CA, I went even deeper into my spiritual practice.

I found Athena Perrakis of Sage Goddess who I began practicing moon rituals with and went into a more in depth year-long spiritual program for several rounds that incorporated astrology, frequencies, mantra, herbs, crystals, essential oils, candles, crafts, altars, rituals, readings, lectures and feminine leadership.

I went into the realm of Reiki and Pranic Healing for a short bit.

I had a great deal of fun certifying in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Stand Up Paddleboard, and Children’s Yoga. To go beneath the surface of an ancient traditional practice that went beyond the asanas was beautiful. The yogic philosophies helped sustain the mindfulness that my somatic education first unlocked.

And I took my very first online course that was also the first offering from Layla Martin on orgasmic pleasure and sexual healing.

As I kept going to more transformational festivals I met some amazing individuals and communities. There was one event where I met a Life Coach for the first time who supported me in a deep healing session that focused on men who have hurt me in the past.

Synchronistically I ended up meeting one of my soulmates the very next day who eventually became a significant man in my life and family.

Shocking, I know… Yet the longer I carried our daughter, the more I realized a miraculous match was made. We took a wild and crazy chance on each other and to this day we still are taken back by how compatible we were as partners and still are as co-parents and friends.

We started off living on the road in an RV while I was pregnant, settled into a home together to raise our daughter, and traveled around the US and to Panama twice as a family. Getting to grow together was a beautiful experience everywhere we went.

Even though I'm immensely grateful for the connection that we have as a family, I must speak to how extremely hard it was becoming a mom.

I found myself suffering from postpartum depression, panic attacks, being stuck in survival mode, and having a chronically dysregulated nervous system.

As much as I wanted to simply enjoy motherhood and our time together, I couldn’t ignore how things were getting worse as time went on. I knew something had to change, but I had no idea what or how.

It was right after my daughter’s 1st birthday. The burning desire was so strong that I catapulted myself into all sorts of coaches, mentors, online programs, and trainings for several years.

As I dove into the world of entrepreneurship I started to learn about leadership, manifestation, embodied transformation, and coaching. I became HOOKED with all things personal development.

And while I was learning how to co-create the business of my dreams and to help others with spirituality/embodiment/dance, I eventually got into the realm of nervous system regulation.

I learned about trauma, how to process my emotions and regulate myself. I finally started to experience relief in my motherhood.

I eventually went down the path of post-traumatic growth in a specific area of my life where I had developed complex-PTSD from several years of my childhood.

I began to heal so deeply that it shook up my life and family.

I was a different person when the father of my child and I began dating in 2016. As we started to raise a family together and things were getting more complicated, we both started to develop our own unhealthy coping mechanisms for different reasons.

Over the years it impacted our relationship, our wellbeing and our trust. It was so painful to witness our once fairytale of a story turn toxic on both sides. 

And as I embarked on my own personal journey of healing Complex-PTSD with a Trauma Coach for over a year, I began to change.

My boundaries became stronger than ever before, even on a visceral level. My values and tolerances shifted dramatically. All of a sudden I couldn’t take it anymore and refused to let a cycle be passed on.

So I took a massive leap of faith, ended our 7 year relationship and transitioned from being a stay-at-home-mom to a single mom overnight.

Even though it has been one of the hardest things I've ever done in life, I knew deep down inside it was serving a higher, greater purpose for us all.

Within the same month of moving into my own home, I also became the first generation in my family to homeschool.

It’s been a drastic adjustment with loads of trial and error, but I’m so proud of who I’m becoming and the depth of connection my daughter and I have. The level of freedom that we’ve gotten to experience as homeschoolers has been so unique!

But the life-altering shift did not stop there… In the midst of my massive ego death, my business also crumbled down to be built back up again.

Since my schedule and energetic capacity changed so much in such a short period of time I couldn’t sustain the way I was going about business anymore.

Right when I thought I had to put my business to rest, I took a moment to ask the Universe for a sign…

A sign to reaffirm that being a digital entrepreneur was divinely meant for me.

A sign to show me another way to make it happen with my new lifestyle and version of myself that was emerging.

A sign to follow the breadcrumbs of clarity to refine my focus and purpose.

It reminded me of what helped me rise from the ashes in my motherhood, to what lead me down a path of empowerment, and to the thing that supported me in making a livelihood out of my unique skills, creative expression, and authenticity.

It brought me back to entrepreneurship itself and the epic journey of self-discovery, meaningful purpose, and passionate profits!

I was shown a whole new realm of online business that’s helping everyday people like you and me learn how to make money online in sustainable, purpose-driven ways that deeply matter.

Where we can lean in on the things we’re truly passionate about, help others who need our support and get paid abundantly for it!

Where we can get ourselves on track with finally paying off debt that isn’t serving us, finally stop stressing about finances, and not be overworked and struggling everyday.

And best of all, we can get back so much precious time with our loved ones, pour our heart and soul into something that actually revives us, and to change our life in such a way that it shows what’s possible to the future generations and inspires them to go for their dreams too.
